Quick post with a link for pics!!

We were able to get a few newborn pics of Peter this weekend and they're already up on the photographer's website.

If you are dying to see how cute he is (how's that for a proud momma moment) or just bored at work or have a long napper today, then feel free to check them out...........
http://www.proudtointroduce.com/clients
Password is thomasnb for the Peter session and thomasmty for the expecting session (be mindful that I am 38 weeks preggers here and NOT tiny!!)

Now we just have to decide which ones we'd like to order.  I have a groupon for a canvas print and I can't decide if I want one of just Peter (and then order another groupon for one of just Spence) or if I want the first or second one of both boys together.  Any thoughts?  #35, #45, and #40 are my favorites of the baby (and I really like #10 of both of us but do not want that blown up onto a wall- too weird for me.  I'll probably just put that into his first year album).  In the maternity gallery, I love #18- SYT is so precious here and we really don't have a ton of family photos.

I swear I'll be back with more info on Peter's birth and other fun stuff soon!  Just still trying to pull everything together as a mom of 2!!

Our Sneak Peek!!

On Saturday morning we had our first professional pictures taken since our wedding.  We had been wanting to do family pictures and decided to do them close to Spencer's first birthday so they could work as his one year pictures too.  We were lucky to be introduced to the work of Christy Pacanowski by a friend of mine and booked her as soon as I hear she was doing a set of mini sessions.  Our sitting fee was nominal due to it being a shortened session, and, if the rest of our pics are half as good as the one below, I am going to be one happy camper!!!

It's a keeper!!

Seriously, she is one talented photographer.  I am now planning on doing this every other summer, for sure!!

Want to see some more cuteness???  These are our fabulous neighbors
(aren't they one of the cutest families you have ever seen?  They're sweet as pie too!)

And this is the family that introduced us to Christy in the first place

Let me know if you want to see the rest of them when they're posted on her website, and I'll send you the link and the password. I'm really, really hoping she got a few cute ones of Spence. He wasn't in a very smiley mood that morning and that makes me a little nervous :( Ah, well, we'll just have to see!!

Wordless Wednesday- Family pics

(With results like this, getting a family Christmas card is going to be next to impossible!)

(SYT rockin a popped collar- accidentally :)!)

Just finished bawling my eyes out!

I'm not crying for a bad reason. I'm crying because the pics I just saw made me happier than I've been in awhile and also made me miss N more than I have in a long, long time!!

I posted before about my bestie and her adorable twin boys who were little miracle NICU babies. A few of our friends went together for their shower gift and bought them a session with this amazing photographer for their first birthday pics. Since they had been in the NICU so long, they never had newborn pictures done, and they were still so little and fragile when they came home, inviting people into their home wasn't high on N and M's list of priorities.

Just today, Ksenija posted the one year pics on her blog. You can see them here. Once you open the slide show, you'll be hard pressed not to get a little choked up. Especially if you are a mom. They're just such amazing pictures!! Honestly, she's an amazing photographer---I feel so blessed that they will have this adorable age captured forever!

My favorites are this

and this .

And can we all marvel at how well Henry's eyes match the color of the leather perfectly???

If you are in Michigan and are looking for a group gift for a shower or for a photographer for yourself, do yourself a favor and book Ksen. Also, her blog is a visual work of art, so if you love eye candy, add her to your reader!!!
