These two lovely people were married on Saturday night up north. The wedding took place on the bluff in front of A's family cottage. This is a random pic, but you can see how gorgeous the view is. Rain, wind, and thunder had been predicted for the whole day, but after lots of prayers said, it ended up just being windy and a mite chilly. The sun shone the whole time!!!! Wonderful for all.
You can see how windy it was in this pic. So much for the time spent curling my hair!!
They held their reception at the same country club we did last summer. This view is from the putting green looking onto the awesome porch. You can't see it in this pic, but to the right is the dance floor. It was PACKED all night long!!! I have been to multiple weddings with bands all over the country, and this was, by far, the BEST wedding band I have ever heard. We were all quite impressed and had a ball with them!
Here's the crowded dance floor and the bride and groom rockin out with the band!
My best girlfriends and I nearing the end of the night
B and I (also towards the end)- so exhausted after having SO much fun!!
Congrats J&A! We had a wonderful time at your wedding and hope you are having a great time in Bermuda! See you this fall!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That looks like such an amazing wedding! I LOVE the sash on the bride's dress...oh, and your turquoise necklace with the yellow dress!

Love your dress!! Is it Calvin Klein? I need a yellow dress for my SIL's wedding next month and I think I may try and find one very similar to yours!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the dress and necklace.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! I love your necklace with the yellow dress. Tres chic!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun wedding!
ReplyDeleteYour husband looks so cute in his bow tie!
ReplyDeleteBy any chance, can you post the name of the wedding band? I'm getting married in Petoskey next summer and am totally in the dark as to who to book for the reception. I would really love to see our dance floor as packed as the one in your photo! Thanks very much!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful wedding! The setting is gorgeous - and you look fantastic! Love the yellow and turquois!
