Pumpkin Fluff

I can't believe I have been so remiss in posting this fantastic fall recipe.  Please forgive me!

Reasons why you should make this:
1.  Easy as pie to make (5 year olds could make this on their own if someone opens the pumpkin can for them!)
2.  Guests, friends, and family will all love it
3.  It's relatively low in calories (especially if you use non-fat whipped cream)
4.  Once you make it once, you'll make it again and again because you were making it for a party and ended up eating 1/2 the bowl by yourself so you had to make more for the guests because it's just that good!

Pumpkin Fluff
12 oz of frozen whipped topping, thawed (1 1/2 of the small ones or 3/4 of the big tub)
1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix (sugar free works)
1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Fold all ingrediants together in a mixing bowl.  Serve with Nilla Wafers, graham cracker sticks, or apple slices.

This would be darling if set out inside a scooped out pumpkin that is lined with saran wrap!!

  1. You have been holding out on us!! This could be my greatest dream! So glad you shared, my company this weekend just might be trying this very thing with me!

  2. That sounds so good thanks for sharing!

  3. Oh dear, this is going to be a problem. Yeppers. Shame on you Miss Up North, this is going to be your fault, we're invoking the "blame someone else and do it ahead of time" philosophy.

    Heh-heh-heh, it looks sooooooo good!

  4. I will have to make this very soon...sounds delicious!

  5. You can bet your booty that I'll be making this deliciousness. Thank you!!

  6. I made this for playgroup last year and served it with ginger snaps and vanilla wafers. Big hit! Thanks for reminding me of this recipe! (Pink in a Sea of BLue)- can't log into blogger. ?!?!

  7. this is trouble in the best way possible! lo-cal AND a serving of veggies (insert eye-roll right here) :)

  8. That plus the Nilla wafers sounds way too dangerous! It is summer in the southern hemisphere now so we aren't making dishes like this, but as soon as I get home for Christmas, I'm going to give it a shot!

  9. Ummmmmmmmm this sounds AMAZING!!!

  10. So glad you shared, my company this weekend just might be trying this very thing with me!
